I’m Aleks, a London-based filmmaker with a focus on camera work, with experience as a Director of Photography, Camera Operator and Gaffer.

My work spans commercials, narrative and documentary, shooting across both 16mm film and digital formats.

Every story has its own visual language. I’m interested in finding it through thoughtful camera work, lighting and composition, creating images that feel as purposeful as they are expressive.

Passionate about cinema and visual storytelling, I’m always looking to explore new techniques and approaches to cinematography, developing a strong visual language that complements each story. I enjoy experimenting with light, composition and camera to create images that feel purposeful, engaging and true to the narrative.
